Spackman Property Services provides customer focused property & facilities management services to commercial & residential property owners in Auckland. Additionally, we manage residential properties for several multi-unit developments Auckland-wide. With extensive experience in all aspects of leasing commercial properties in conjunction with owners from motivating agents, negotiating leases, managing fit-outs, managing rent reviews through to the departure of tenants.

Facilities & Multi-Unit Residence

We provide facilities services to some multi-unit residential properties across Auckland. As a result, we have developed a wide range of skills in these services. A great deal of care is taken in managing your properties to ensure they are well maintained and compliant, so you do not need to.

Maintenance

Responding quickly to issues as they arise ensures your property is always well maintained. We have great relationships with our network of service providers to ensure work is carried out to acceptable standards, at affordable prices and in a timely manner.

Invoicing & Debt Recovery

Depending on how you want to arrange the accounting side, we can work with your accounting team or manage directly the invoicing, collection and debt recovery to ensure rent and outgoings invoices are accurate and are paid as required. 

Tenant Management

Communication is a vital element of keeping good tenants and resolving issues as they arise in a timely manner. Our focus is to resolve problems as soon as possible so tenants can focus on their business, not your property.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes can arise and need to be resolved before they escalate. We bring years of experience in resolving differences between parties and achieving good outcomes for all concerned.

Regular Site Visits

We diligently visit your property on a regular basis to ensure properties are well maintained, check out issues before calling in services, identify issues before they become a problem and communicate our findings to you.
