Property Management

Spackman Property Services provides customer focused property & facilities management services to commercial & residential property owners in Auckland. We manage a range of commercial properties covering offices, retail, industrial, warehousing and community across Auckland, including the CBD, Parnell, Grey Lynn, Eden Terrace, Mt Wellington, Manukau, Mt Roskill and North Shore amongst other areas. Additionally, we manage residential properties for several multi-unit developments Auckland-wide. We work closely with owners to reduce the stress and effort in managing their properties, and to maximise the value of their investments.

Services includes day to day management of the property, leasing vacant space, managing tenants and fit outs and their leases, ensuring rents are paid, managing the property and looking after the owner’s interests. Our roles depend on the requirements of the owner and range from working closely with the owner in a supportive role to fully managing property for local and absentee owners.

The service provided is independent, professional, hands-on and is not delegated or passed on to others. We work to ensure properties are fully leased, maintained adequately and unnecessary costs eliminated. Customer service is paramount and good working relationships with tenants and service suppliers are vital elements of the business

Project Management and Other Property Services

The company also provides project management services either for the properties currently being managed or for other properties. The company has successfully delivered a range of projects on-time and within budget. With extensive analytical and management skills, we ensure projects are well scoped, properly resourced and kept on track.
