Paul Spackman
Paul started Spackman Property Services Ltd in Auckland in 2013 managing two commercial office buildings. He has since grown the portfolio to include retail premises, community properties, industrial warehousing and other commercial spaces plus a number of multi-unit residential properties.
Paul has been involved in all facets of the property industry since 1974.
His focus is to assist owners with their commercial and residential property interests covering all aspects including ensuring all rents and expenses are paid, all legal and compliance requirements are met and any problems or issues are quickly resolved competently and professionally. He provides a people focused business approach of high customer service and integrity.
John Martin
John joined the Spackman Property Team since 2021, primarily looking after commercial properties. He is an enthusiastic person who values integrity and trust. Along with his natural, outgoing style, underpinned by a commitment to excellence, he achieves exceptional results when managing your property.
He has many years of experience in property related activities, ranging from renovating a beautiful Heritage protected villa, personal experience with the resource consent and subdivision process, to running a renovation business. Add this to a background in engineering and project management, the Commercial Property Management industry is a natural fit for John.
